Comme vous l’apprendrez dans mon billet, la compétition est féroce et augmentez ses revenus ne se limitent pas qu’a coiffer, couper et colorer les cheveux. Vous n’êtes pas la seule à vous demander comment pourrais-je augmenter ma clientèle et quelles sont les façons d’y arriver. Vous pouvez toujours trouver tous les trucs pour améliorer votre clientèle, mais une chose est certaine, il faut arrêter d’en perdre !

Il faut comprendre les vraies raisons pour lesquelles votre cliente vous a délaissé ou a quitté le salon pour celui du coin. Cette situation est très bouleversante pour tous. Le sentiment de se faire quitter n’est jamais positif pour personne de toute façon !

Il est certain que de chercher les raisons pour lesquelles votre cliente vous a quitté implique une quête de vérité qui n’est pas toujours facile à entendre, mais souhaitable pour crever l’abcès, la réponse n’est jamais heureuse et elle implique des émotions et des petites douleurs qui feront surface et qui risquent de vous chagriner. Il est tellement important dans votre parcours professionnel d’augmenter votre clientèle et de comprendre les raisons pour y mettre fin le plus rapidement possible. Vous pourriez être surprise des raisons pour lesquelles votre cliente ne se présente plus.  Vous serez étonné d’apprendre que ce n’est peut-être pas vous la fautive !  

Les raisons sont multiples : une réceptionniste indifférente – une difficulté avec la prise de rendez-vous – un langage vulgaire de vos collègues – une salle de bain négligé – un assistant incompétent au shampoing, etc. Je pourrais encore vous énumérer plusieurs situations qui peuvent détruire une réputation de salon. Lorsque vous aurez appris la raison, vous viendrez de recevoir un cadeau, prenez-le comme un cadeau. Vous aurez en main la solution !  vous seul avez la capacité d’y mettre fin. Que vous soyez simplement employé ou employeur, il existe des façons diplomates et humaines d’aborder le problème pour résoudre rapidement le cas. Mettez fin à cette perte de revenus et vous diminuerez la rétention et augmenterez  de façons significatives vos revenus.

  • Faites-vous connaitre et ouvrez votre propre compte Instagram ou une page Facebook professionnelle
  • Faites-vous connaitre plutôt parmi les consommatrices que chez les coiffeuses, ce ne sont pas elles qui viendront se faire couper les cheveux chez vous
  • Sur les réseaux sociaux, abonnez-vous à plusieurs groupes et mettez en ligne vos créations et vos offres
  • Pourquoi ne pas mettre vos créations en ligne en identifiant chaque photo, cela augmentera votre visibilité et vous serez surprise de remarquer comment vos clientes seront flattées d’avoir leurs 5 minutes de gloire, souvent elles partageront leurs photos à leurs amies et le tour est joué
  • Remerciez celles qui partageront vos créations et offrez leurs une petite surprise, un rabais sur une première visite, un vrai bon café avec, une petite attention personnalisée
  • Chaque client doit avoir son prochain rendez-vous à chaque visite, votre agenda sera à jour et vous êtes certaines que vos clientes régulières auront leur rendez-vous

L’extravagante Nicki Minaj

On a pu voir l’extravagante Nicki Minaj à de nombreuses occasions avec des perruques de fantaisie et plusieurs rallonges capillaires de couleurs. Idole de plusieurs, Nicki Minaj a toujours su faire tourner les regards ce qui lui a d’ailleurs valu une collaboration avec MAC cosmétiques pour la collection de rouges à lèvres Viva Glam.

C’est à l’âge de 5 ans que l’extravagante Nicki Minaj quitta la République de Trinité-et-Tobago pour New York. Au mois d’aout 2009, elle signa un contrat avec Young Money Entertainment, étiquette du célèbre rappeur Lil’ Wayne. Une route qui allait la mener loin! En 2010, elle sort son album Pink Friday, album à succès qui fracasse des records et lance sa carrière au sommet. Lors de la promotion de l’album, on peut la voir avec une perruque rose qu’elle utilise d’ailleurs comme marque de commerce. Elle devient alors la vedette du rap la plus suivie sur Twitter puis va même jusqu’à être personnellement invitée à la Semaine de la Mode de New York au côté d’Anna Wintour, éditrice en chef pour Vogue! Il n’y a pas de doute, sa lancée est fulgurante. Elle est souvent comparée à Lady Gaga, mais réfute elle même une telle comparaison. Bien qu’elles soient relativement audacieuses et semblables, Nicki Minaj opte pour un style propre à elle-même.

Côté perruques, on a pu la voir avec plusieurs styles qui lui vont comme un gant. Que ce soit des rallonges capillaires blondes ou des perruques orange, elle n’a pas peur! Par la suite, elle modifia son style plusieurs fois avec brio. Avec elle, les perruques de fantaisies sont toujours au rendez-vous. Malheureusement, même Nicki Minaj n’est pas à l’abri de la justice, son ancien styliste capillaire Terrence Davidson la poursuit présentement pour plagiat concernant les créations de ses perruques. Une poursuite de 30 millions de dollars qui pourrait lui faire perdre la tête…

Cette semaine, sur le compte Instagram de notre star, un nouveau style est apparu. On peut y voir une Nicki au naturel avec ses cheveux mouillés et sans maquillage, un style inédit, mais qui pourtant prouve qu’elle est toujours au sommet. Toujours aussi belle, même au naturel.
